Robert1: 田中ぶちょう、りゅう学生(がくせい)の こんどうさんです。きょうは けんがくです。
Tanaka1: ロボットクラブへようこそ！ ぶちょうの田中(たなか)です。
Alice1: よろしくおねがいします。おいそがしいところすみません。

Translation

Robert1: President Tanaka, this is Ms. Kondo, our exchange student. She's here to observe the club today.
Tanaka1: Welcome to the Robot Club! I'm Tanaka, the club president.
Alice1: Thank you for meeting with me. I'm sorry to bother you when you're busy.
Tanaka2: Not at all. By the way, we'll have our club meeting today at 4:30.
Alice2: So we have about 30 minutes left.
Tanaka3:

We meet once a week on Wednesday.　It's from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30.
Alice3: I see.
Tanaka4: Next week, after the meeting, we will have a welcome party for new members.

おいそがしいところすみません is a polite expression used when interrupting or asking something of another person. It literally means "I'm sorry to bother you while you're busy." Even if the other person does not appear to be busy, Japanese speakers often use this expression to show consideration and respect before making a request or starting a conversation. This is similar to おじゃまします ("Excuse me for intruding.").
