ハリスさんは先週、買ったヘッドホンの音が出なくなったので、買った店に返品(へんぴん)しに来ました。

Audio ハリス: すみません。先週、こちらでこのヘッドホンを買ったんですが、急に音が出なくなっちゃったんです。
Audio 店の人: 今、かかりの者をよびますから、少々、お待ちください。
Audio 山下: お待たせしました。私、山下(やました)ともうします。
Audio ハリス: 先週、こちらでこれを買ったんですが、音が出なくなっちゃったんです。
Audio 山下: 拝見(はいけん)してもよろしいでしょうか。
Audio ハリス: どうぞ。
Audio 山下: (Checking to see if the headphone is really broken)
こわれているみたいですね。レシートを見せていただけますか。
Audio ハリス: (Handing the receipt) はい。
Audio 山下: それでは、保証期間内(ほしょうきかんない)なので、よろしかったら 新品(しんぴん)と交換(こうかん)いたしますが、今、同じ物がございませんので、二、三日待っていただけませんか。
Audio ハリス: そうですか。明日、国に帰る予定なので、できれば返品(へんぴん)できないでしょうか。
Audio 山下: かしこまりました。では、こちらにお名前とご住所をお書きください。
Audio ハリス: (Filling in the return merchandise form)
これでいいですか。
Audio 山下: はい。少々、お待ちください。

Yamashita: I’m sorry to have kept you waiting. My name is Yamashita.
Harris: I bought these at this store last week, and they stopped working and I can’t hear anything.
Yamashita:

May I take a look?
Harris: Yes, please.
Yamashita:

... It seems to be broken. Could you show me the receipt?
Harris: Here it is.
Yamashita: Since it is still within the warranty period, if you like, we will exchange them for new ones. However, we don’t have the same model at this moment. Could you wait for a a few days?
Harris: I see. I’m scheduled to go back to my home country tomorrow. Is it possible to return them for a refund?
Yamashita: Certainly. Then, please write your name and your address here.
Harris: ... Is this all right?
Yamashita:
