Ocean in Okinawa
In this lesson, you will learn how to talk about vacation plans and make travel reservations while developing your ability to speak more casually with friends and peers. We will introduce the plain non-past affirmative form and practice using it in casual conversation. You will learn how to express intentions using non-past plain verb + つもり, report what others have said or express your own thoughts using ~と言っていました/~と思います, and ask whether someone has already done something using (もう) Vましたか and respond appropriately with いいえ、まだ Vて(い)ません. In addition, you will practice expressing opinions, asking for and granting permission using Vてもいいです (and prohibiting actions with Vてはいけません), and describing means of transportation and required time using Instrument/Means で and かかります.
