Create a conversation like the following based on your position (A = a woman on the right) in relation to the listener (B = on the left).

A:	あれ (or これ、それ) は にほんごで なんて いいますか。
B:	どれですか。
A:	あれですよ。#35 (← Say this part in English)です。
B:	ああ、あれは「え」って いいます。
A:	じゃあ、それは… (Continue)

Both types of adjectives are shown below. Note: All い-adjectives end with い, but な-adjectives end with various sounds including い. な-adjectives are marked in red below.

A: これは だれの へやですか。
B: たなかさんの へやです。

Work with your partner.  Look at the pictures and ask what kind of thing it is. Answer using one of the adjectives. な-adjectives are marked in red below.

Look at each slide and create conversations using い-Adj + Nです or な-Adj +な+ Nです. な-adjectives are marked in red below.

Complete the chart below by following the given example. な-adjectives are marked in red below.

い-Adjectives (い changes to く before negation.) =Exception

Look at each slide and ask the conditions of each item and answer affirmatively or negatively. Note that い-Adjです and な-Adjです have different negative endings. な-adjectives are marked in red below.
