Y: それから、これは息子(むすこ)のかずやです。
K: かわいいお子さんですね。おいくつですか。
Y: 三つです。今、保育園(ほいくえん)に行っています。

いつも おせわに なっております

 

This is a polite expression used to greet someone from outside of your family members. Literally, it means the speaker or the members of one's own family (or ingroup) is/are being helped by the person you are greeting. This is a customary way of showing one's respect to the person, and it is always said regardless of whether that person is actually being helpful or not.
