1.	/Onegai-shimasu/ is the most versatile request form which can mean various things according to the situation.

2	Dialogue 12: Asking for help ▲

A:	おねがいします。
B:	はい、どうぞ。
A:	ありがとうございます。

1.	はい、どうぞ	/hai, douzo/	Here you go. [This can be said without /hai/.]
2.	ありがとうございます	/arigatou gozaimasu/	Thank you very much. [/Arigatou/ can be more polite by adding /gozaimasu/.]

A:	Will you, please? [Polite request]
B:	Here you go. [Polite]
A:	Thank you very much. [Polite]
